The apartment

The entrance opens onto a bright open-plan space combining living room and kitchen: hob, microwave, fridge, coffee and tea machine, a round dining table and a small sofa to relax in the evening. TV and fast Wi-Fi make it comfortable for work trips too.

The sleeping area is separate: a double bedroom designed for a proper rest, with a quality mattress, wardrobe and luggage rack. The bathroom has a large glass shower and countertop basin.

Air conditioning and independent heating are available throughout, so you can set the temperature as you like in every season.

Balcony and independent entrance

The apartment faces an inner courtyard, away from the traffic of Via Saragozza. The balcony with table and chairs is perfect for breakfast or an aperitivo after a day in town.

Access is independent, through the outdoor courtyard, with a VIMAR smart entry system: come and go as you please, at any time.
